Etiquette
-
Hydrate well before the practice. It is however best to empty the bladder before class, and not to have a full stomach.
-
Do not exhaust oneself, such as taking a cardio workout, before joining the practice.
-
Remove jewellery and clothing with either buckles or snaps that might snag the hammock. Sharp objects such as hairpins or diamond rings should be removed too.
-
Clothing that covers armpits, waist and legs (at least the thighs) is suggested to minimise friction from the fabric. T-shirts are ideal.
-
Do not play with the hammock without guidance ie before or after class.
